Technology and application of peristaltic pump control software
Peristaltic pump is a new type of pump produced and developed in 1950s. Compared with traditional pumps, peristaltic pump has the following advantages: (1) no pollution, fluid only contact no pipe, do not contact pump body, will not produce mutual pollution( 2) The accuracy is high, the flow rate accuracy can be less than ± 1%, and will not be affected by the viscosity change of the medium( 3) Low shear force is an ideal tool for transporting shear sensitive and aggressive fluids( 4) Good sealing, good self-absorption capacity, can idle, can prevent backflow( 5) Simple maintenance, no valve and seal. In recent years, the peristaltic pump technology has developed rapidly, and has been widely used in laboratory and industrial production, such as chemical industry, pharmaceutical and biological industry, pottery making, water treatment and food and beverage industry.
Now, peristaltic pump is equipped with interface with computer, which is controlled by computer, which can be used conveniently.
The control of peristaltic pump can be divided into local panel operation and computer control. Local panel operation refers to setting parameters and operating status of peristaltic pump by pressing the key on the peristaltic pump panel, so as to achieve the purpose of local control of peristaltic pump. Computer control refers to the connection between the creep pump and the computer serial port, and it is controlled by special control software.
The control software of peristaltic pump is developed and implemented by using MFC basic class library of Microsoft geotechnical under Visual Studio 2008 environment. The control software of peristaltic pump has two operation modes: manual operation and automatic control. Manual operation mode refers to manually setting pump operation mode (such as simple flow rate mode, timing mode, quantitative mode, time interval mode, volume intermittent mode and volume + preset time mode), direction, flow rate, time, cycle times and other parameters on the software interface. In this mode, all control modes and status query of the pump can be realized. Automatic control mode refers to storing the pump operation mode in the configured file according to the actual needs. After loading this file, the program automatically sends a series of control commands to achieve the purpose of process control. The configuration file format is in ini format.
